1. Service Description

AI Forensic Lab provides technical analysis of submitted video files to assess indicators of AI generation or manipulation. Our reports represent a professional technical opinion based on available evidence, not a legal determination.

2. Submissions

You confirm that you have the right to submit any video you upload and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right. We reserve the right to decline any submission.

3. Payment

Services are paid in advance. Work begins after payment proof is reviewed and approved. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis if analysis has not yet begun.

4. Report Use

Reports are provided "as is" based on the footage and information submitted. We make no guarantee that a report will be accepted as evidence in any specific legal or institutional proceeding.

5. Data Retention

Uploaded videos and payment proofs are retained only as long as necessary to complete and support your request, after which they may be deleted in accordance with our retention schedule.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Forensic Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our reports or services.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
