1. Service Description
AI Forensic Lab provides first-party marketing analytics, visitor and event tracking, funnel and attribution reporting, and AI-generated marketing recommendations for the workspace(s) you connect. AI-generated insights and recommendations are provided for informational purposes and represent an automated suggestion, not a guarantee of results.
2. Your Data
You confirm that you have the right to collect and process the visitor, event, and customer data you connect to your workspace, and that doing so complies with applicable law and any privacy commitments you've made to your own users. We reserve the right to suspend a workspace that we believe is collecting data unlawfully.
3. Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on the billing cycle shown at checkout. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Reports and Insights
Analytics, reports, and AI-generated recommendations are provided "as is" based on the data available in your workspace at the time they're generated. We make no guarantee that any recommendation will produce a specific business outcome.
5. Data Retention
Tracked events, visitor data, and account information are retained for as long as your workspace is active, and for a limited period after cancellation, in accordance with our retention schedule. You may request deletion of your workspace data at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Forensic Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our analytics, reports, or recommendations.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
